About
This Master Agreement (MA) is the result of an award to HPE pursuant to our response to a competitive solicitation (RFP 29720) for a NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement (MA) to establish the price and scope of Servers/Storage offerings available to qualified Participating Entities. The State of Minnesota is the lead state to solicit and award the MA, representing the NASPO ValuePoint consortium of states. The MA is a multi-vendor award for an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The MA was executed on September 7, 2023, and allows HPE to establish PAs with Participating Entities which are primarily States, or other State authorized public sector entities. Each Participating Entity will negotiate a Participating Addendum with HPE to incorporate any statutory or purchase regulation requirements required by their resident state; and, to specify who the authorized Purchasing Entities are under each PA.
